REMASYS EAGLE-i goes 'back to school'.
REMASYS innovative performance management solution EAGLE-i is set to expand into the Australian Higher Education Sector. Universities it would seem are not immune to the .everything available on-line. phenomenon sweeping the globe. Everything from video recorded lectures and assorted course materials to enrolments, grade results, forums and even exams are now commonplace on-line services available to students. With students at many institutions numbering in the tens of thousands, it is becoming increasingly critical that on-line services are both highly available and responsive.
The EAGLE-i solution is providing institutions with a real-time view of .student experience. for their most critical IT services and providing an early warning system when problems are encountered from a user.s perspective. This type of data is valuable for operational and support teams and also for IT & Business Management with Service Level Management and Reporting included in the service.
REMASYS has negotiated a Fully Managed Service offering with the Council of University Directors of Information Technology (CAUDIT), the leading organisation representing the Education Sector in the region. The offer enables all member institutions to take advantage of EAGLE-i which has been packaged into a subscription service.
Griffith University in Queensland has been among the early adopters and is making good use of the dashboards and reports. REMASYS look forward to continuing to work closely with Griffith University and other institutions to help them improve the experience for students and maximise their service delivery.

EAGLE-i SOLUTION ADOPTED BY GLOBAL IT SERVICES PROVIDERREMASYS, a leading developer of agentless software solutions for mission critical IT Systems Integration and Systems Management, has been selected by a leading global IT service provider to provide end-to-end transaction, application and infrastructure monitoring services.
At the conclusion of a wider selection process and successful pilot the IT service provider has chosen REMASYS' EAGLE-i as the only solution to meet the success criteria of a major banking client in Australasia.
The implementation of EAGLE-i and its on-going support is provided to the customer as a fully managed service. REMASYS will deploy EAGLE-i initially to monitor the end-to-end performance of the outsourced internet banking services and upon a successful conclusion, further roll-out of the solution to the remaining core banking services is anticipated to take place over the course of the next year.
For the first time, a meaningful real-time and end-to-end overview of the performance of the internet banking service will be available to both the service provider and the customer alike. Via customized dashboards with drill-down, alerting and reporting facilities, stakeholders will soon have a central view of 'end user experience', performance degradation of applications down to the transaction level and the health of the entire underlying infrastructure that delivers the internet banking service.
All this will be achieved without making any changes to or deploying a single agent onto any of the managed devices. For a closer look at any of REMASYS' agentless solutions including EAGLE-i, please contact REMASYS at:

REMASYS, a fast growing IT service provider and leading developer of agentless software solutions for mission critical IT Systems Integration and Systems Management, is expanding its services by offering its comprehensive integration and monitoring solutions as a fully managed service.
"The recent take up of our solutions in managed service arrangements and an increasing interest in general has prompted us to make all our solutions available in managed service offerings.", said Roland Grelewicz, REMASYS Director and Chief Technology Officer. "The benefits to our clients are obvious: our solutions are implemented and maintained by experts without the need for hiring or extensive skilling up of staff. Implementation times are reduced and our clients receive quality end-to-end support. The solutions are implemented in the fastest and most effective manner therefore maximising their ROI."
"Another strong argument for our fully managed services is that our clients do not need to make a large up-front investment as our services are provided on a pay-as-you go basis. This allows our clients to start small and then incrementally take up our services as needed."
